These terms cover your use of the OnNext app and website. Using OnNext means you agree to them.

The service

OnNext is a free TV show and movie tracker. It is provided as-is, without warranty. We work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and show metadata and air dates come from third parties and can be wrong or change.

Your account

You need an account to use OnNext. Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account, and all data we hold about you, from Settings at any time.

Comments

Comments exist to talk about episodes and films with people who have seen them. Do not post anything abusive, hateful, illegal, or spam. By posting a comment you give us the right to display it to other users within OnNext. We may hide or remove comments (automatically after multiple reports, or manually) and may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules.

Fair use

Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with the service, and do not use OnNext to redistribute TMDB data.

Attribution

OnNext uses the TMDB API for show and film metadata but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, OnNext is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and significant changes will be flagged in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
